Im Jahre 2013 eröffnete Charles diese kleine Bar im 1. Stock. „Eine Cocktailbar wie ich sie mir immer gewünscht habe“ laut seiner Aussage. Man nimmt Platz an einem neun Meter langen Tisch und bespricht seinen Drink mit dem Barmann. Die Barkarte wechselt monatlich und es gibt Barkeeper aus aller Welt, die hier mal für ein oder auch zwei Abende als „Guest Bartender“ arbeiten. Eine kleine Schildkröte entwickelte sich zum Logo

In 2013, Charles opened this small bar on the 1st floor. "A cocktail bar as I have always wished" according to his statement. You take a seat at a nine-meter-long table and discuss your drink with the barman. The bar menu changes monthly and there are bartenders from all over the world who work here for one or even two evenings as a "guest bartender". A small turtle evolved to the logo
