Cecilia Troncoso, Luis Solanas und Horacio Godoy haben La Viruta in Buenos Aires geschaffen. Andrés Linetzky ist einer der neuen Tangokomponisten Argentiniens. Er leitet Vale Tango, und um Vale Tango dreht sich dieses Album »Live at La Viruta« Er hat neben seinen eigenen Kompositionen auch traditionelle Tangos und Tangowalzer ausgewählt und diese für sein Ensemble mit zwei Violinen und zwei Bandoneons arrangiert.
Für mich waren das drei Wochen Buenos Aires mit wenig Schlaf, weil wir fast jede Nacht auf einer Milonga irgendwo in dieser großen Stadt waren...

Andrés Linetzky is one of the new tango composers in Argentina. He directs Vale Tango, and around Vale Tango this album revolves around "Live at La Viruta." In addition to his own compositions, he has also selected traditional tangos and tango waltzes and arranged them for his ensemble with two violins and two bandoneons.
For me, these were three weeks in Buenos Aires with little sleep because we were on a milonga almost every night somewhere in this big city ...
